The X-Series security services switch is a modular platform that scales leading applications from vendors like Check Point, Sourcefire, Websense, Trend Micro, Forum and Imperva. The platform scales from hundreds of megabits to eight gigabits of line-rate performance. High availability options include single and dual box HA, the only such system in the industry. Customers easily maintain their existing security policies by simply guiding traffic through security applications either serially, in parallel or both simultaneously. The Crossbeam X-Series is also rapidly becoming the platform of choice for internal security, especially worm prevention.

The C-Series security services switches are fixed configuration platforms that provide the same benefits of the XSeries in a smaller, more compact form factor with performance scaling up to three gigabits per second.
